Shipping Policy

The shipping rate charged from your order is determined by your location. Your shipping cost will be available for you to see before the final check out page.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages or any packages that have been identified as delivered by the carrier. Please contact the carrier if: 

• You received an email stating your order was delivered but you are unable to allocate it. 
  
  

Shipping Delays 

You may experience some shipping delays due to COVID-19. Please keep in mind that after your package has left our facility, the responsibility lays at the hands of the carrier to deliver the order in a timely manner. (USPS/UPS)

Order Tracking 

Once we packaged your order, you will receive a tracking number. We are not responsible for incorrect address information, unclaimed packages and orders lost in the mail. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you must pay a new shipping fee in order for the order to be sent out a second time.
